Ingleby Farms (Ingleby) is a worldwide group of family farms. We are a growing company, with a small but experienced management team based in Denmark. Ingleby focuses on acquiring properties with long-term potential for sustainable, but profitable farming.
We manage pasture, arable and mixed farms in Australia, Argentina, the USA and New Zealand, and we have recently acquired a 3,500 hectare property in Romania. We are now seeking a Farm Manager for this property, located in western Romania, in an area with a foreign farming community, for social and professional exchange.

As Farm Manager, your task will be to operate and develop the property in accordance with Ingleby's vision and objectives. You will be responsible for both the daily operations and the long-term development of the property. You will also be responsible for budget preparation and the reporting of financial results.
You will have excellent leadership qualities. As Farm Manager you will have the ability to create trust and confidence among the property's employees, as well as with the management of Ingleby. You are professional and highly organised, and are able to take and execute decisions easily. You must share Ingleby's basic values that include high demands for yield, ethical farming practices, environmental considerations and the supply of quality products to the market. It will be an advantage if you have experience of working in an international environment. The position also has good career opportunities within the organisation.
You will be a skilful crop breeder, and be experienced in large-scale farming operations and management. You will have an agricultural education at university-college level, ideally orientated towards crop husbandry and economics. You must have a good knowledge of English, which is our corporate language, and knowledge of German will be an advantage.
